I think you should improve your servers because the platform is sometimes very slow, freezes, and closes by itself, which makes trading difficult and affects our confidence in the company.

The poor performance and quality of the platform can make traders feel confused and worried, especially when the website is slow or freezes. It can also create fears about possible payout delays or other problems. This may discourage new traders from trusting the company or even make them choose another firm. The website is the first thing every new user sees, so I believe improving its speed, stability, and overall quality is very important for building trust and attracting more traders.
I also suggest adding free practice accounts for every funded account challenge. This would help traders learn the rules and conditions, practice without risking their money, and improve their skills before starting the real challenge. Since funded accounts have strict rules and are not easy to pass, I believe every trader should have the opportunity to practice first and understand everything properly. This would help us develop our abilities, avoid unnecessary losses, and trust the company more.
