I would like to suggest allowing customers to upgrade their purchased account to a higher priced package within 24 hours of purchase, provided that trading has not yet started.

Sometimes a customer may purchase an account and later realise that a larger account or a different eligible package would better suit their needs. Under the proposed option, the customer could correct their choice without having to purchase an entirely new account.

How It Could Work

The customer would have up to 24 hours from the time of purchase to request an upgrade.

For example, a customer purchases a $50,000 Challenge account but decides that they would prefer a $100,000 account. They could upgrade to the higher package by paying the price difference.

The option would be available only for upgrades to a higher priced eligible package. Downgrades to cheaper packages would not be permitted.

Suggested Conditions

• The upgrade must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

• Trading must not have started on the original account.

• The customer must pay the difference between the original purchase price and the new package price.

• Each purchase would be eligible for one upgrade only.

• The new package must be available and compatible with the original purchase.

Why This Could Be Useful

This would give customers a limited opportunity to correct their purchase decision while keeping the process straightforward for WeMasterTrade.

It could also prevent some customers from purchasing a second account simply because they realised shortly after checkout that they wanted a larger package.

The 24 hour limit and the requirement that trading must not have started would help keep the option controlled and avoid complications involving active accounts or existing trading progress.
