Hello WeMasterTrade Team,

I would like to suggest a role that may be useful for WeMasterTrade as the company continues to grow and serve traders from different markets.

The idea is to introduce a dedicated Sales Representative position within the company.

This role would have a clear focus on potential customers, pre sale communication, follow up, and customer acquisition.

Role Purpose

The main purpose of the Sales Representative would be to communicate directly with people who are interested in WeMasterTrade but may still have questions before opening an account or purchasing a program.

Many potential customers do not make a decision immediately. They may want clarification about the available account types, trading platforms, rules, payout conditions, or other parts of the customer journey.

A dedicated sales person could handle these conversations and provide clear information based on the company’s official policies.

The role would not replace Customer Support. Instead, it would focus mainly on the period before a customer becomes active and on maintaining communication with interested prospects.

Main Responsibilities

The Sales Representative could be responsible for the following:

1. Communication with Potential Customers

Contact and communicate with interested customers through approved channels such as phone, email, WhatsApp, or other company communication platforms.

The purpose would be to understand what the customer is looking for, answer questions, and provide accurate information about WeMasterTrade.

2. Product and Account Explanation

Explain the available account programs, platforms, trading conditions, and important rules in a simple and professional way.

A sales representative should be able to explain the differences between products without giving misleading information or making promises about trading results.

3. Follow Up

Follow up with people who have shown interest but have not completed their purchase.

For example, a potential customer may have visited the website, asked several questions, or started the registration process but did not continue.

A structured follow up process could help the company understand whether the customer still needs information or has decided not to proceed.

4. Customer Relationship Management

Maintain organized records of conversations with potential customers.

This could include basic information such as the customer’s main questions, the program they are interested in, and the reason they decided to continue or not continue.

This information can be useful for both the Sales and Marketing teams.

5. Feedback from the Market

One of the most useful parts of the role could be collecting direct feedback from potential customers.

After speaking with many people, the Sales Representative would be in a good position to identify common questions and common reasons for hesitation.

For example, if many potential customers repeatedly ask about the same rule or find one part of the website difficult to understand, this information can be shared with the appropriate internal team.

6. Sales Targets

The role could also have reasonable and measurable monthly targets.

These could include qualified leads, successful conversions, follow up performance, and customer retention.

The focus should be on genuine customers and accurate communication rather than simply trying to increase the number of sales.

Why I Think This Role Could Be Useful

WeMasterTrade already provides information through its website, support channels, social media, affiliates, and other communication methods.

A dedicated Sales Representative would add another layer between the company and potential customers.

Some people prefer to read information themselves, while others prefer to speak directly with someone before making a decision.

A sales representative could help bridge that gap.

There is also a practical benefit for the company.

The person working in this role would speak to potential customers every day and could identify patterns that may not be obvious from website analytics alone.

The company could learn:

What questions customers ask most often

Which products attract the most interest

Why potential customers decide not to purchase

Which parts of the customer journey cause confusion

What information customers expect to see before making a decision

This feedback could then be shared with the Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams.

Required Skills

I believe this position would work best with someone who has a real understanding of trading and the prop firm industry.

The person should be able to communicate clearly, understand the company’s products and rules, handle customer questions professionally, and maintain accurate records.

Strong communication skills would be important, but knowledge of trading would also be necessary because potential customers may ask detailed questions before making a purchase.

A Practical Structure

The role could begin as a small sales function with clearly defined responsibilities and measurable results.

The company could evaluate the role based on actual data such as the number of qualified leads, conversion rate, follow up performance, and customer feedback.

If the results show that the role contributes to customer acquisition and improves communication with potential customers, the company could expand the function later.

I believe this would be a practical addition to the existing structure and could complement the work already being done by Customer Support, Marketing, and the Affiliate team.

Thank you for considering the suggestion.
