I would like to share an important suggestion regarding the package selection section on the WeMasterTrade dashboard.

I have noticed that many new customers face confusion when they log in to the dashboard for the first time. In many cases, the Customized Package option is shown more prominently, while other important packages such as 510Zero, 51010 Instant, and other available Trading Capital packages are not displayed together in a clear and easy-to-understand way.

Because of this, new customers may think that the Customized Package is the main or only available option. Some customers may purchase it without properly knowing that there are other packages that could be more suitable for their trading style, budget, or goals.

For a new user, the first dashboard experience is very important. If all packages are not clearly visible, it can create confusion and make the package selection process more difficult.

My suggestion is to redesign the package selection area so that all available packages are displayed together on one page.

For example, each package could have a simple card showing:

• Package Name

• Available Account Sizes

• Price

• Daily Loss Limit

• Maximum Loss Limit

• Profit Target

• Profit Consistency Requirement

• Profit Share

• Payout Information

• Main Features

There could also be a “Compare Packages” button so customers can easily compare 510Zero, 51010 Instant, Customized Package, and other available plans side by side.

It would also be helpful to add a short description such as:

“Best for traders who want no profit target”

“Best for traders looking for higher flexibility”

“Best for traders who want to customize account rules”

This would help new customers understand which package may be suitable for them without needing to contact customer support first.

I believe this improvement would provide several benefits:

• Reduce confusion for new customers

• Help customers choose the correct package

• Make all available packages equally visible

• Reduce accidental or unsuitable purchases

• Reduce repeated questions to customer support

• Improve customer trust and satisfaction

• Make the dashboard more professional and user-friendly

• Improve the overall purchasing experience

WeMasterTrade already provides different package options for different types of traders. Making those packages easier to discover, understand, and compare would make the platform even better for both new and existing customers.
