Suggestion forInternal Rule Change Control System for WeMasterTrade

Hello WeMasterTrade Team,

I would like to suggest an internal system for managing important changes to trading rules, policies, products, and procedures across different departments.

The idea is to have one official place where each important change is recorded, approved, and communicated to the employees who are affected by it.

For example:

• (Change ID: WMT 2026 026)
• (Previous Version: 2.1)
• (New Version: 2.2)
• (Effective Date: October 15, 2026)

When a change is approved, the system could automatically notify the relevant teams such as Risk, Customer Support, Account Managers, Sales, Marketing, and Product.

Each department could then confirm that the change has been reviewed and that any required information has been updated.

For example, if a trading rule changes, the system could show:

• (Customer Support: Reviewed)
• (Website: Updated)
• (FAQ: Updated)
• (Sales: Reviewed)
• (Marketing: Updated)

This would help ensure that different departments are not working with different versions of the same policy.

Another useful part would be keeping a clear version history. For example,

an older rule could remain available for internal reference, while the current version is clearly marked as active.

This could also help when reviewing older customer cases because employees would be able to identify which version of a policy was effective at that time.

I believe this would be useful for management as well. It would provide a clear record of what changed, who approved it, when it became effective, and which departments were responsible for updating their information.

The goal is simple: when an important change happens, everyone inside the company should have access to the same approved information and know exactly when the change takes effect.
