Payout Streak Reward!
I suggest introducing a Payout Streak Reward program to encourage consistency and build stronger long-term relationships with successful traders. Traders who receive multiple consecutive payouts while maintaining good risk management and following all trading rules could unlock rewards such as discounts on new accounts, free account upgrades, priority support, exclusive account benefits, or fee reductions. This would motivate traders to focus on sustainable performance rather than taking excessive risks for quick profits, while also increasing trader loyalty and retention for the prop firm.
