Idea: Add Live Payout Tracking
I suggest adding a live payout tracking section inside the WeMasterTrade dashboard.
It could show:
– Payout request date and time
– Current payout status
– Verification status
– Expected processing time
– Payment method and transaction ID
– Notifications when the payout is approved or completed
This would make the payout process more transparent and reduce the number of support tickets asking about payout status.
It would be especially helpful for traders using Instant Funding, because they want to clearly understand when their withdrawal is being processed.
I believe this feature would improve user confidence and overall customer experience.
