Three Practical Suggestions for WeMasterTrade
2 weeks ago
Hello WeMasterTrade Team,
I would like to share three practical suggestions that may help improve some internal processes at WeMasterTrade.
These ideas focus on different areas of the business, including information management, payment risk, and affiliate operations.
1. Single Source of Truth for Company Information
As WeMasterTrade operates across different products, markets, languages, and company entities, it can become difficult to keep every public page and internal team aligned with the same information.
I suggest creating a central internal record for important company information.
For example, information such as payment conditions, supported countries, account conditions, platforms, and other important policies could have one approved value, one responsible department, and one effective date.
This information could then be used across the website, FAQ, marketing material, and partner information.
For example :
(Payout Processing Time: 24 hours)
(Effective From: October 15, 2026)
(Responsible Team: Operations)
If the information changes, the central record would be updated first, and the relevant pages and teams could then be updated from the same source.
The main goal is simple: different parts of the company should not accidentally present different versions of the same information.
2. Dispute Defense Process
Another area that may be worth strengthening is the company’s preparation for payment disputes and chargebacks.
Instead of collecting evidence only after a dispute happens, WeMasterTrade could automatically maintain a complete record for each transaction.
This could include the accepted terms and conditions, transaction time, login history, account status, relevant account events, and important customer support communication.
When a dispute occurs, the relevant information would already be organized and available for review.
A simple internal process could also classify each case based on the amount involved and the available evidence, helping the company decide whether the case should be refunded, challenged, or reviewed further.
The purpose would not be to reject every dispute.
The purpose would be to make sure that every case is handled using the same process and that the company has the necessary information when a dispute occurs.
3. Affiliate Commission Protection
My third suggestion is related to affiliate commissions.
Instead of treating every commission as fully available immediately after a purchase, the commission could move through a few internal stages.
For example:
(Pending)
(Vested)
(Paid)
A commission would remain pending during the period in which refunds, chargebacks, or other issues related to the original transaction could still occur.
Once that period has passed, the commission would become vested and could then be paid according to the normal affiliate terms.
The same approach could also help with cases involving refunds, chargebacks, or possible self referrals.
This would give the Finance and Affiliate teams a clearer view of which commissions represent stable revenue and which may still carry some risk.
Final Thought
These three suggestions address different areas of the company.
The first focuses on keeping company information consistent.
The second focuses on improving the way payment disputes are prepared and handled.
The third focuses on making affiliate commissions more closely connected to confirmed revenue.
I believe all three could be introduced gradually and measured based on actual results.
Thank you for taking the time to consider these suggestions. <:
