Discord & Community Support Proposal

I have a few suggestions that I believe could improve the Discord community and customer support, especially for users from the Middle East.

1. Arabic Language Room

I suggest adding a dedicated Discord channel such as:

#🌮-arabic-language-room

At the moment, the general chat can be difficult for Arabic-speaking users because it is already very active and has a large number of users from different countries.

Having a dedicated Arabic room would make it easier for Arabic-speaking users to communicate with each other, ask questions, and get help without their messages getting lost in the general chat.

This could be particularly useful for users from the Middle East and other Arabic-speaking countries.

2. Arabic Support

I also noticed that there is currently no dedicated Arabic support in the official website Live Chat.

I think having Arabic support in both places would be useful:

  • Discord

  • Website Live Chat

I don’t think a large team would be necessary at the beginning.

For Discord, I believe one Arabic-speaking support person could be enough initially.

For the website Live Chat, perhaps two Arabic-speaking support agents would be a reasonable starting point, depending on the actual volume of Arabic users.

This would allow the company to test the demand before expanding the team further.

3. Discord Automation Through API / Webhooks

Another suggestion is to add a Discord bot connected directly to the company’s systems through a secure API.

The bot could be developed and maintained by the company’s engineering/development team and connected to the relevant database or internal systems using a secure architecture.

The main purpose would be to automatically publish verified events to specific Discord channels instead of requiring staff to post them manually.

For example:

#payout-feed

Whenever a user receives or claims a payout, the system could automatically publish a verified payout post in this channel.

The post could include the relevant proof/certificate or other approved information.

#live-payout

Whenever a user’s withdrawal/payout is approved, the system could automatically publish it in this channel as well.

It could include:

  • User information that is safe to display publicly

  • Payout information

  • The user’s proof/certificate

  • Their image/avatar if appropriate and permitted

The information should obviously follow the company’s privacy rules.

#wemaster-pass

Whenever a user successfully completes or passes the challenge, the system could automatically publish their achievement in this channel.

For example, the post could contain their certificate/proof and the relevant achievement information.

This would make the Discord server more active and would also allow other users to see real successful results directly from an automated company system rather than manually posted messages.

4. Setup Platforms Channel

I also suggest creating a channel called:

#setup-platforms

This channel could contain simple guides explaining how to install and set up the platforms and software required by WeMasterTrade.

For example:

  • Platform installation

  • Basic setup

  • Login/setup instructions

  • Required software

  • Configuration steps

  • Common setup issues

The guides don’t need to be complicated. Short step-by-step instructions with screenshots would probably be enough.

Additional Product & Platform Suggestions

5. Mobile Application

Problem

Traders often need to monitor their accounts and trading performance while away from their computer.

A dedicated mobile application could make it easier for traders to stay informed about their account without needing to constantly open the website.

Solution

Create a WeMasterTrade mobile application that allows traders to monitor:

  • Account performance

  • Current PnL

  • Daily loss limit

  • Maximum drawdown

  • Remaining drawdown

  • Challenge progress

  • Payout status

  • Important account notifications

The application could also send push notifications for important events, such as approaching a drawdown limit, payout updates, challenge results, or other account-related notifications.

Value

This would provide a better mobile experience and make account monitoring more convenient for traders.

The first version does not need to replicate the entire website. A lightweight account-monitoring application would already provide significant value.

6. Integrated Risk Calculator

Problem

Many traders have difficulty calculating the correct position size based on their account balance, Stop Loss, and the amount they are willing to risk.

This can also increase the possibility of accidentally violating account risk rules.

Solution

Add an integrated Risk Calculator to the WeMasterTrade dashboard.

The trader could enter:

  • Account balance

  • Risk percentage or risk amount

  • Entry price

  • Stop Loss

  • Optional Take Profit

The calculator would then determine the appropriate position size.

It could also show:

  • Amount at risk

  • Percentage of account at risk

  • Potential loss

  • Potential profit

  • Risk-to-reward ratio

Where possible, the calculator could also display the relevant account drawdown limits so the trader can understand how the proposed trade relates to their account rules.

Value

This could help traders manage their risk more accurately and reduce accidental rule violations caused by incorrect position sizing.

7. PnL Calendar

I suggest adding a PnL Calendar inside the WeTraders section and on the Account Details page.

The calendar should be available for each month, with the ability to navigate between previous months.

For example:

January 2026 → February 2026 → March 2026

The calendar could display each trading day with its daily PnL.

For example:

+ $420

– $180

+ $75

The trader should also be able to click on an individual day to view more detailed information about that day’s performance.

At the top of the calendar, display the total monthly result:

Monthly PnL: +$2,840

The trader could then navigate through previous months and review their historical performance.

This would make the existing account statistics much easier to understand visually and would give traders a simple way to review their trading history.

The PnL Calendar could be added to the existing WeTraders section and the Account Details / Statistics page:

8. Profit Reinvestment Pool

Problem

After receiving a payout, some traders may want to continue trading or purchase another challenge, but they may not want to use their withdrawn funds again for that purpose.

Solution

Introduce an optional Profit Reinvestment Pool inside the WeMasterTrade ecosystem.

A trader could choose to allocate a percentage of their profits, for example:

10%

or another percentage selected by the trader.

That amount would remain inside a dedicated balance/wallet within WeMasterTrade and could be used for future purchases such as new challenges.

For example:

Payout: $1,000
Reinvestment allocation: 10%
Reinvestment balance: $100

The trader could then use this balance to purchase another challenge with a special discount, such as:

30% off

or another discount determined by WeMasterTrade and its current offers.

The exact percentage and discount could be configurable by WeMasterTrade.

The balance could be presented as a dedicated WMT Wallet, Trading Credit, or another name that fits the company’s existing ecosystem and legal/accounting structure.

Value for WeMasterTrade

This could potentially:

  • Encourage traders to remain within the WeMasterTrade ecosystem

  • Increase repeat challenge purchases

  • Create a loyalty mechanism

  • Give traders a practical use for a portion of their profits

  • Reduce the need for traders to make a completely new payment when purchasing another challenge

This should be completely optional, and traders should remain free to withdraw their profits normally.

9. Individual Trader Consulting Service

Another possible service could be an optional one-on-one consulting service with experienced professional traders.

The service could allow traders to book individual sessions focused on topics such as:

  • Risk management

  • Trading discipline

  • Trading plan development

  • Challenge preparation

  • Position sizing

  • General trading education

For example:

Service Description Possible Price
Individual Trader Consulting      One-on-one session with an experienced trader       $50–$200 per session

The service could be completely optional and separate from the normal support system.

WeMasterTrade could potentially work with verified and experienced traders from its own community to provide these sessions, subject to the company’s requirements and policies.

This could also create an additional revenue stream while providing traders with access to practical experience from other successful traders.

10. Why I Think These Additional Ideas Could Be Useful

These suggestions are not intended to be implemented all at once.

They could be considered individually based on development cost, demand, and potential business value.

Some are relatively simple additions, such as:

  • PnL Calendar

  • Risk Calculator

  • Setup Platforms

  • Discord automation

Others would be larger projects, such as:

  • Mobile application

  • Profit Reinvestment Pool

The main goal is to improve the overall trader experience while also creating opportunities for WeMasterTrade to increase retention, repeat usage, and community engagement.

The ideas can also be tested gradually, starting with the features that require the least development effort and provide the clearest immediate benefit.
