I would like to propose a details of my proposal “WeMasterTrader Rewards” program designed to improve customer retention, encourage responsible trading, and build a stronger long-term relationship between WeMasterTrader and its traders.
1. Recovery Points – Supporting Clients After a Failed Challenge
Clients who fail a challenge could receive Recovery Points based on the value of their purchase.
These points could later be converted into a discount on their next challenge, reset, or eligible purchase.
This would give traders an incentive to return to the platform instead of abandoning it after a failed challenge.
2. Trading Points – Rewarding Positive Trading Activity
Traders could also earn additional points through their trading activity and performance.
For example:
Activity Suggested Points
Profitable trade +10 points
5 consecutive profitable trades +100 points
Successfully completed challenge +500 points
First payout +1,000 points
The objective would be to reward consistent and responsible trading, rather than simply rewarding the amount of money deposited or spent.
3. Loyalty Points – Rewarding Engagement
Additional points could be awarded for activities that strengthen the relationship between the trader and WeMasterTrader.
Activity Suggested Points
Challenge purchase 1 point / $1 spent
Active account +50 points/month
Webinar or training participation +100 points
Referral of a new client +500 points
Feedback/review after a challenge +50 points
Account anniversary +200 points
4. How Points Could Be Used
Accumulated points could be converted into different benefits, such as:
Discount on a future challenge
Discount on a reset/retry
Product or account upgrades
Reduced fees on selected products
Access to exclusive training or webinars
Loyalty benefits on future purchases
VIP status and exclusive benefits
For example:
5,000 points → $5 discount
10,000 points → $15 discount
25,000 points → $50 discount
The exact conversion rate could be adjusted according to WeMasterTrader’s commercial strategy.
5. Three Types of Points
I would recommend separating the program into three categories:
① Purchase Points
Earned through purchases and challenge participation.
② Trading Points
Earned through successful and profitable trading activity.
③ Loyalty Points
Earned through engagement, education, referrals, feedback, and long-term activity.
This structure would create a complete loyalty ecosystem rather than simply providing occasional discounts.
6. Loyalty Levels
WeMasterTrader could also introduce several membership levels:
Bronze → Silver → Gold → VIP
Higher levels could unlock additional benefits, discounts, training opportunities, or exclusive services.
7. Protection for WeMasterTrader
To keep the program financially sustainable, the company could introduce:
Points expiration after a defined period
Maximum discount per purchase, for example 20–30%
Monthly or annual limits on certain rewards
Rules preventing abuse of the referral or trading-point systems
Different point values depending on the product
Expected Benefits
This program could:
Increase customer retention
Encourage traders to remain active on the platform
Encourage responsible and consistent trading
Increase repeat purchases
Reduce the negative impact of a failed challenge
Strengthen customer loyalty
Create additional engagement through education and referrals
Build a long-term relationship between WeMasterTrader and its trading community
Conclusion
The main idea is to transform the traditional “failed challenge → customer leaves” model into:
“Failed challenge → Recovery Points → Continued engagement → New challenge → Trading Points → Loyalty → Long-term customer.”
This could turn the WeMasterTrader Rewards program into a genuine loyalty ecosystem that benefits both the trader and the company.
